When will my order arrive?

It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery agent. We work with several delivery providers across major cities, and orders usually take between 1 to 3 days after being placed and confirmed. 

Do you offer delivery outside the country?

Currently, our partnered shipping companies only deliver within the country and to selected cities listed on the Shipping page.

If you would like international delivery, you can contact our team via WhatsApp. We will provide details on product weight and pricing from international shipping agents not yet registered in the store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Please review our Return Policy for the conditions of return and exchange. In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the cost of shipping and reshipping will be covered by the customer, but the product price will not be charged according to our return policy.

Can I order large quantities? Will there be a discount?
Yes, the store provides bulk order delivery upon request. Discounts of 10–20% are available on selected products. Please contact us directly via the Contact Us page to inquire about bulk orders and discounts.
