Exchange & Return Policy:

Exchange and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.
All products displayed on our store are subject to the exchange and return policy in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Products may be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in their original wrapping.
Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
Customers are required to take photos of the product and send them along with the city, address, and order number to request an exchange in case the product is defective, damaged, or not as agreed upon.
A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.
We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of products that were not mentioned on the product page of our website.
A 30% deduction or a minimum fee of 2.5 $ will be applied if the customer simply no longer wants the product, provided that it is free from any defects or issues.
